How to finish setup by "Authenticating" your CustomTimeAxis

using the "showmycid.exe" tool

After downloading, run the CTA_Setup.exe file by double clicking it
a folder will be placed on the desktop named Custom Time Axis
which contains all the individual files (which were just installed into
your MT4 directories chosen during setup) as well as a:
