After downloading, unzip and double-click the   CTA_Setup.exe   to install CTA. A   CustomTimeAxis   directory   will be placed on your desktop.  
FIND IT
 You must then "AUTHENTICATE" your CTA before using it or it will shut down the chart you attempt applying it to. Instructions to do so are in the Quick Start READ_ME" document in that folder which the below video also explains.
